EDIT: There were actually three bees inside it,but I don't know how to delete the bug report.
The Total Beelocation Advancement says that you need to Move a Bee Nest, with 3 bees inside, using Silk Touch , but I got it when i only moved 2 bees.

That is not a bug, that's what's supposed to happen.
