I was playing LAN SMP with my friend. I had to quit the world to do something, however my friends client did not immediately exit the game. His character proceeded to fall through the world until a timeout exception at bedrock. I then restarted the LAN world. Upon trying to join the game, my friend got disconnected due to a Java exception: Received string length of 26 is longer than max string length of 15. I also noticed that I had been removed from my scoreboard team. I then quit the world to write this, but then suffered an "Updating screen events: java.util.NoSuchElementException" crash.

Tntpermanentleydestroysblock in debug worldTnt appears to destroy blocks in debug world

The TNT seems to destroy the blocks client side, and does drop items that can be picked up. The real bug is that the blocks do not regenerate client side, but they do regenerate server-side.

:Joaquin Ortiz, of ?
Confirmed for 1.13.1. Joaquin Ortiz's "How to reproduce" steps worked for me.

Sorry about that. Fixed it.
I will also get the dev console output if I can replicate it.
This seems to apply to the chat only, as it displays fine in the command block.
Texture pack goes off, the bug persists!
Attaching it. I notice a continuous OpenGL error during the first second or two of the lag. Then, when the lag stops, the server skips about 100 ticks. Interesting. (I have worked with the code of Minecraft before, as I sometimes make mods. But do not worry, this is not the result of one of my crazy projects!)
Like I said, this is in no way related to my previous duplicate. I had not deleted any worlds prior to this for a week. Also, I have not deleted a world named "Village" for 2 moths. I will upload the world file in a zip later.
I do not think anybody has seen this.
Managed to grab some dev console output. The only useful info was on my POV though.
Okay. Still, it is a glitch, and people are taking advantage of it on my friend's server.
I mean the admins. They are quite pranksters. I am coming up with a command block system to detect admins that do prank with this block but in the meantime, a cliff may be the next trip to the nether!
Wait a sec. Where has the file gotten to? It was right here a second ago!
This is a long standing bug. It is still present in 1.7.5
I know. One time there was a deathmatch with 3 people and nobody could see each other so we blew up the deathmatch.
I don't think you get it. Try making the glitch maps yourself.
I will do some further testing to see if the map behaves oddly when returning to the nether, and how regular maps behave in comparison.
You saved me some testing.
I do not trust downloads from youtube.
This is a dupe.
Confirmed, a workaround is to use /effect on these mobs instead.
In the minecraft code, squids drown similar to other mobs, but only when they are out of water. There is also an air bar for squids.
Yes, I know this is a dupe.
When the world border is expanded to accommodate for these blocks, it turns into a BUD.
Here, a video.
Seems that deleting my versions file also fixed other people's skins appearing as Steve in SMP, but my skin is still not working.
Always use the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate. It makes it a lot easier for the mods to handle, and reduces server storage usage. If nobody had ever posted a duplicate on JIRA, we would probably have 75% of reports storedon the server gone.
Please delete the previous 3 comments. Also, delete this one too.
Hmm... Ill update to 1420but and see what happens.
Fixed
Confirmed 14w20b
Bug seems to be fixed by force crashing your game on 1.6.4, which completely resets the skin cache.
That is, if your cache is the problem, which it is probably not.
This is kind of unrelated, but I am posting it anyway...
I decided to visit the MCPE side of JIRA and noticed how few modrators acctually visit MCPE bug reporting.
MCPE-6187That would be the right thong to do, but unfortunatley my F3 key is tied to a system function, and thus is not reconized by minecraft.

This is still a problem in 14w21b. Attaching video evidence.
This glitch is corrected by going in and out of the crafting table each time you expand the map.
Confirmed for all gamemode descriptions in 14w21b.
The correct command is /give Player skull 1 3
{SkullOwner:"Notch"}Oops! I know what is causing that error, and did not intend to put it in the bug report. You did not need to see it. Fixing it right now.
Try doing this:
1.Create a Redstone Ready superflat world.
2.Put the weather on rain.
3.Notice how it does not visibly rain because you are in a desert. However, the sky will turn grey.
4.Do /kill
5.Respawn and watch carefully.
This is still an issue in 14w21b
The game thinks you are at spawn after you log out, but still teleports you to the edge of the world. Interesting.
This is an issue in the latest version of minecraft.
The language above Austrailian also causes this problem in 14w21b.
I think that I first found this in 1.7.5, but later got the results mixed up.
It seems to be height-relevant. When I died, I dropped from height limit and fell ~100 blocks.
Patched as of 14w20a.
Seed is 1402182558.
Er, can somebody resolve this?
I ment to update the description, but never got to it. Anyway, I placed water then shrank the world border to test. Before 14w20a, it stopped flowing. Now it continues flowing correctly.
I think this should be closed.
Confirmed for 14w25b.
Fixed as of 14w26c
When looking at a painting in gamemode 3, you do not see a crosshair, but you can still spectate from the painting.
Fixed in 14w26c
Can you add a video showing you causing the chain reaction?
Still an issue.
Works as Intended. The void kills anything, no matter what.
The short term fix is to use the preset "0:0" instead of the bugged one.
Confirmed. Attaching video.
It is even worse now. When you place a head spawned with the old format, it lags trying to contact the authentication server for 30 seconds and then it just displays as a Steve head permanently. It does still say "<players>'s Head" though.
This bug seems to be a result of a different, unreported bug with teams that was fixed. This bug is now Fixed.
Yes, I disabled auto correct on this site for that reason.
