I have absolutely no idea why, but Jay-Arr Mitante seems to be intentionally duplicating issues:

You are creating extra work for moderators. Just don't do that.
Jay-Arr Mitante stop intentionally duplicating tickets or you will be banned. Duplicates slow down updates because the moderators spend all their time resolving duplicates instead of reporting and prioritizing bugs for the developers to fix.
