I tried the glitch that you had and I had different effects, I used all types of banners even the Ominous Banner with invisiblity and elytras but I still couldn't get the same effects.
By chance did you use a version other than 1.15.2?
You have to spawn it by throwing ender pearls for endermen to be hostile towards it
Hey bugsbugsbugs, I don't know if it's a glitch or a feature, all I know is that you have to let go of right click after your crossbow is charged.
Edit 1: Sorry I didn't read what you said about "letting go of right click" but, when I would let go it would put the arrow in, so I couldn't get the same results.

Yeah, I think all things that effect speed also effect your FOV. For example, use a bow (If you're using Optifine some how then turn off "Dynamic FOV") and your FOV will zoom in, and if you use speed your FOV will zoom out.
Yeah, if you do the command below without an internet connection you'll just get a steve or alex head.

I would recommend recording a video to make it less complicated to understand. Try recording with a program like OBS, Bandicam etc, or use an external recorder like a phone.

If they had particles, that's because there's a rare chance for it to have a potion effect, but nice spotting it.

I believe it does that because your feet are in a block, but it doesn't happen with other non-full blocks which is weird. It also even happens in versions like 1.8.9 if I recall correctly.

If you're buying from the official Minecraft store page then, you should contact Customer Support instead of Mojira. But if you're buying from a third party, your issue is completely invalid because Mojang does not tolerate third party sellers.

Step 1: Put Frost Walker on boots.
Step 2: Put it on an armor stand.
Step 3: Find a river or any body of water.
Step 4: Step in between the block and water then do

How much dedicated ram have you allocated to minecraft? You may have to allocate more or less in the launcher settings.

Is this in a singleplayer world? If it's on an old server from before 1.13 but still supports 1.13+ players to join, their plugin to allow multiple versions may not be made properly.

This is a Client Side issue not Server Side, if he holds his food hotkey then taps his sword hot key the game spams the one held and extreme speeds therefore not being able to swap to his sword.

I thought it was intentional.
That's because damage gives you Horizontal and Vertical knockback so, if you combine that with a jump you can do a 2.5 block high jump. From jumping (1.25 blocks high in 1.9+) and the Vertical knockback you can go much higher.
