Looks like you got some mods installed. It may have something to do with the mods you have.
Should be fixed for 1.4.6. limits enchanted books quite a bit to not be able to combine them.
I agree this is a bug, although it does contain a chest, it uses stone on the outside as it's recipe, so you would think it would sound like stone.
This isnt a bug. the item you have is the block form of the brewing stand. normally, it is in item form when in your inventory (much like buckets of water and water blocks)
How is this a bug? Minecarts aren't supposed to go into brewing stands.
I highly doubt this is a feature. Lit redstone lamps are a technical block. if you place them down, they instantly become unlit. when redstone lamps were first introduced, they would drop lit lamps if mined while lit, and it was removed. the fact that they can be picked up by silk touch doesn't make sense.
Yeah this happens to me almost every time, even when fired through several blocks of lava.
Hmm. he didn't disappear when i tried it. he keeps the health he had before he got into the minecart, then he destroys the cart with the explosion, still having the amount of health he had when he got into the cart.
I believe this is a bug with optifine, did you have it installed?
Edit: looked at the crash report, says is probably not modded, so probably did not have optifine installed.
may be an HD texture pack bug. will test tonight.
when i tested it on my world, it showed the dispensing animation, but didnt acctually release any bonemeal after it was fully grown. try fully growing a crop and then activating the dispenser and see if any bonemeal was actually released.
do not think this is intended. may relate to the fixing of directional quirks in monostable circuits.
There's a block of bedrock blocking you from hitting the crystal.
@Kumasama The farmland is Hydrated, and besides, they don't pop off if it's not hydrated anyway.
Are there a lot of them everywhere or are they pretty spread out? IE do you have fires every few blocks or more like 20-30 blocks away from each other?
Agree with Luke, if the server's lagging at all, horses move much slower than you can even sprint. same goes with minecarts and boats.
These don't seem to be the same issue. I was still moving server side and client side, but according to the server, i was moving slower than i was on client, rather than not moving at all.
Also, this is caused by server lag. if there is little-none, the boat moves normally.

Just to add on to this: after some more extensive testing, this issue seems to not be related to haste, but to mining speed in general. there seems to be 2 different maximums in mining speed where there is a maximum "non-instant rate" and then there is instant, which is why blocks stop at 30 "hopper ticks" before immediately skipping to 9 "hopper ticks". Diamond shovels seem to mine dirt at the "maximum non-instant rate" already, while Efficiency 5 diamond axes also mine logs at the "maximum non-instant rate", making haste ineffective. it also seems that, when used on stone, there is no difference between Efficiency 4 and Efficiency 5 diamond pickaxes, which seems to point to Efficiency 4 reaching the same non-instant break rate, which explains why diamond axes do not reach this. (there is a small difference between Efficiency 4 and Efficiency 5 diamond axes on wood)
