I can confirm this with 14w06b. Using irunor's description from MC-47700 slightly modified:
Some, not all, mined blocks jump to the next available air space above where they were mined.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Dig down a bit in survival. Only a few layers below the surface (2-4 worked for me).
2. Start digging or mining horizontally just below the surface.
3. Go up to the surface and look at the items that have jumped up.
The title might need to include "Items jumping to the surface" or next available air space.
I don't think this bug shouldn't be marked as a duplicate of MC 46765. If leaves causing suffocation is intended, mules shouldn't enter blocks that cause them to suffocate.
I cannot confirm. I tested with 14w08a and was unable to break blocks with a sword in creative. Double check that you are still in creative mode.
This isn't actually a duplicate of MC-18368. It is the opposite, saying you can break blocks with a sword, when the resolution to MC-18368 says intended behavior is you should not be able to break blocks with a sword in creative mode.
MC-49701 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug and I think it is describing a different problem. Can a moderator please reopen MC-49701. Alternatively, can the description and labels of this bug be updated to include:
Animals spawn in and pets freely teleport into blocks which trap them and cause their death.
I was not able to reproduce your problem. But I did notice that area around the End Portal was different depending on how I arrived. I created a game in creative mode, waited in the spawn area to let the initial chunks load and then teleported to the coordinate you listed. Everything with the End Portal and room seemed normal. There is a "cavern" somewhat intersecting with the hallway outside the End Portal room. Next I started a survival game and traveled there by foot and dug down. In this game there was lava spilling into the hallway leading to the End Portal room. I went back to the first game and broke through the hallway wall and saw pools of lava close, but not that close by.
The uploaded image shows blue wool dropped and red wool dispensed all have a component west as well as a north/south component. This was tested with 14w11b.
This has been fixed in 14w30b for my test world:
