To re-create on the villager part, summon a husk and summon a villager. The villager will react as you'd expect, by running away from the husk but the husk won't pay any attention to the villager.
To re-create on the villager_golem part, summon a husk that can withstand the golem's attacks (invincible, preferably) and summon a villager_golem. The golem will attack the husk but not vice versa.
To re-create on the villager part, do ./gamemode creative, summon a husk and summon a villager. The villager will react as you'd expect, by running away from the husk but the husk won't pay any attention to the villager.
To re-create on the villager_golem part, do ./gamemode creative summon a husk that can withstand the golem's attacks (invincible, preferably) and summon a villager_golem. The golem will attack the husk but not vice versa.
Husks summoned using /summon in creative mode don't attack villagers or villager_golems

Put the summary of the bug you're having here
*What I expected to happen was...: That a lead would appear
Describe what you thought should happen here: I thought a lead would/should appear around a skeleton horse's neck when i right clicked it with one.I didn't and so I tried it on a zombie horse, and same problem*What actually happened was...: The lead didn't appear, and nothing happened
Steps to Reproduce:
{Type:3}
1. Get a Lead in your inventory.
2. Do /summonEntityHorse (your x coordinate) (your y coordinate) (your z coordinate)3. When it appears, right click on it with the Lead.
{Type:4}
4. Do /summonEntityHorse(your x coordinate) (your y coordinate) (your z coordinate)5. Repeat step 3 on the new horse

I don't know how to replicate but i found this while swimming in caves i manually flooded.It should work with any underwater cave if you swim long enough (Probably about 30 seconds) and pay enough attention to the roof of the cave in front of you.

(If you're not that good at it, place a slab a few blocks away when you're 2 blocks down and over from it.)

Murderous_Madness, you're confirming the wrong ticket. See MC-137563.
Murderous_Madness There's no need to remove old affected versions if you add a new one.

Yes
After testing a little more in different conditions, it seems that the husks will attack villagers and villager golems as expected in survival mode but when summoning them in ./creative, they won't. Description was updated.

That's not really a fix tho
Related problem in 18w20c. Whenever i try to place a player_head{SkullOwner:Playername} (In this case, i tested using my own head) in a chest, it seems like it stacked until i exit the chest instance. Then the head i just placed will pop out of the chest.
To replicate, do, ./give @p player_head{Skull_Owner:playername}. and put it in a chest. Then do the same thing with the same player's head. Put the second head in the same spot in the chest and it should pop out upon closing it.

No but those mountains of water are still there after i relog. I don't know if that is working as intended but it seems really weird.
Confirmed in 1.13Pre-10. Seems to affect all buffet worlds no matter the seed. Steps to reproduce is just making a buffet world with an ocean biome and traveling around until you see one of these structures, so to speak.
@Jan Chudzikowski Thanks, mb.
MC-131788 seems like a different bug. The textures are showing as they should be but the issue is that there's an air pocket beneath the affected blocks even when a water bucket is emptied beneath/ beside that block

I attacked an invalid horse variant and the everything turned red
@Asteraoth
That's completely different. The screen went red and was only fixed when restarting Minecraft. Admittedly, it was an invisible horse that i attacked but i summoned it to be invisible.
How come it is marked as resolved?
Doesn't make sense if this is an intended feature and if it's intended, how come?
What's the point of having the option to ride them with commands then, if you can't lead them?
