If you hit skeleton twice between blocking your shield, it will hit through your block even with the shield fully out.
Step 1: Shield in survival with a skeleton nearby
Step 2: Hit the skeleton twice directly after deflecting an arrow
Step 3: Pull out shield before skeleton shoots again
If the glitch is happening, you will be hit by the arrow despite having your shield out

You SHOULD be able to deflect this arrow as well.

What happens: If the glitch is happening, you will be hit by the arrow despite having your shield out.
What should happen: You SHOULD be able to deflect this arrow as well.
Notes: This makes it very difficult to fight skeletons up close. You will either be hit, or lose huge amounts of shield durability.

The most common event, in my experience, would be when both legs and one of the arms are in the body, and one arm is floating diagonally behind. The items being held look like they are in Steve's mouth. It's kind of terrifying
I still have this bug, especially in the Nether, and in especially laggy worlds
In caves, if you are in water, you can see better than in the air.
Reply from [Mod] GoldenHelmet: that's MCPE-57701. This ticket only applies to water near the surface where the player is close enough to sky light.
If I knew how to reproduce this, I would...
Reply from [MCPE Mod] Auldrick:
If you can't reproduce it, how is Mojang supposed to? And if they can't make it happen, how do you imagine they can fix it?
I've asked you in response to your comments elsewhere to read our Mojang Bug Tracker Guidelines and FAQ. You've been using the site to report your personal observations and speculations about bugs. This is not what it's for. Bug reports and comments are for providing information to the developers that could be helpful to them in finding and fixing the issue. Like the original bug description, it should be based on reproducible observations and hard evidence, not guesswork. Guesswork is harmful because it scatters the useful information, making it harder for the mods and devs to gather. So please read the Guidelines and learn how you're expected to use the bug tracker.
Thank you! I was unable to find this issue before, thank you for helping me find the original
