Vines with all directions set to false break/vanish upon updating from old versions.
ik but devs might check what did they broke in 19w02a so its easier to fix[Mod] Anthony Cicinelli
Porktuga there is no need to confirm reports in older version such as 19w02a just 1.17.1 is fine

yes
Can confirm in 1.17 Pre Release 2
I confirm that it was fixed, change status Ajira bot
Why status is "Cannot Reproduce".
nvm, i accidentally posted that report after it was fixed (after 21w20a, it was fixed already in that version), invalid status then ig
Because dirt is taller
It's a resource pack not a mod lol
It happens to me too, use inventory to fix this.
It's a texturepack bruh
quasi connectivity
how so
which app
Bro where did he say that he's using 1.18exp1/2/3
This is intended mechanic. Btw sense not sence
but what
Intended features, caps off
ncoyler11 go into vanilla when doing f3 video or they will mark it as invalid

Btw you should watch some youtube tutorial about making resource pack
intended i think
Do we have any examples of this in 1.18+ due to big world generation changes? Seed provided in the description cannot be used to replicate the issue anymore.
^, check if the contraption is built in the spawn chunks here: https://www.chunkbase.com/apps/spawn-chunks-reader
how can you not replicate this
Invalid because game is modified + outdated
Can you provide screenshot with f3 turned on + seed?
Because it's dirt, not grass block.
ah ok

If pig gets struck by lighting, it turns into a zombified piglin. That probably happened.
Cannot replicate, see Cannot replicate.png
And the report is invalid because you obviously put these pickles manually.
Mobs can normally spawn on top of blocks we see here, its just a side effect of
MC-239854WAI
It's intended, read Mojang blogpost https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-snapshot-21w43a
Relates to
MC-239856This report is invalid as this project is for bugs for Java Edition
This bug isn't a duplicate of
MC-239856for 2 reasons:MC-239856occurs by updating from versions around 1.11.2 (probably just pre The Flattening) to current version (maybe few snapshots back) while this bug occurred always by updating from version before 17w47a to 17w47a or higher.MC-239856sets all vines' "up" state to "true" while this bug makes all directionless vines just break.Actually the last version replicable is 1.17.1,
MC-239856makes it so all vines' "up" state is set to "true" and in result they don't break, but fixingMC-239856wouldn't probably result in fixing this bug.Can confirm in 21w44a

The walls aren't actually deleted, their block states convert so everything is false resulting in the wall being invisible.
Bug report Connor mentioned
MC-240122They appear again because the walls are updated and their block states are changed to normal and intentional ones, making it visible.
Some block state combinations for walls cant be obtained normally and they werent made to have proper models and hitboxes.
In this case the wall is just invisible and has no hitbox.
