StavWasPlayZ, please read the ticket before commenting. This is about the same breaking particles for the same block appearing twice. Not about the breaking particles appearing at all.
We already have another ticket about nitwits not being able to spawn by breeding, see MC-156556.
StavWasPlayZ, this is a valid bug. Nitwits still generate naturally in villages and as zombie villagers, so they have not been removed from the game. Thus, it's to be expected that they can spawn by breeding or by using spawn eggs.
