I just wanted to test the latest pre-release when I saw that when looking at a small water puddle
lookeda lot smoother than looking at the trees next to me. After opening f3 I noticed a big FPS difference which I want to report here. I don't know if this is a bug but the difference in FPS just by looking at a tree kind of makes me skeptical this isn't an issue.I have documented my experience in this video: https://youtu.be/gS9cYap0aGo

StealWonders 1.13.1-pre2 is already marked as affected
Just for clairfication I used the /minecraft:give command because I have a server with plugins that override the vanilla give command.
This is infact not resolved - tested in all version 1.13-pre7 until 1.13 full release just now.
Confirmed for 1.13.1-pre2
Issue persists in snapshot18w49a for 1.14.

I can confirm this. I have tried re-installing the game, didn't help either. All settings are lost and all progress is gone, always!
