When filling three water bottles, they disappear and show as three empty bottles after I go into the brewing stand. See video and screenshot for details.

Also tested on all other interaction blocks (enchantment table, chest, crafting table, anvil and furnace), same behaviour.
But, If I get water from another water block, it works.
This was the second time I used this water block to fill three bottles. The first time it worked.
I just noticed this in 14w29b, you can see example at -5589644199242974592, X=250 Z=164
I went in the ground under the air pockets and there was a mineshaft. Come to think of it, the same was the case the other time I saw this. Maybe the generating of Strongholds glitches out because the mineshaft occupies the ground, just guessing lol
I have seen this as well, but the rest of the stronghold was there, but under the seafloor (in the ground).
Just wanted to add that this is not a duplicate of

I had a similar death message when the End Dragon pushed me into the void "StigAdmin divided by 0". See attachement
This is a problem on my hardcore server as well, if you hit Disconnect button you are still marked as online in the servers list. It is not fixed in 1.8.4

I got the tellraw command to work:

I am using MCRcon to submit the tellraw command and it works. When using say command directly to post an URL I can not click it, not sure if that is how it is supposed to work
Very nice, David Goldsmith. I also noticed that, when I am in a boat, the "minecart rolls" subtitle would appear. So, I tested it and the subtitle appears before you come to the minecart. It depends on the view-distance on the server

If I change the launcher to show system out log, it shows nothing. The game crashes before anything can be logged

I get another problem now and that is a message that the java is blocked by company policy. That might have been the problem all the time.
