Netherite Tools burns on lava/fire for Realms and servers only while Ancient Debris burns on all realms, servers, and single-player worlds. I know that there is a similar page with this issue but it doesn't say it affects the official release of the nether update.
Stronghold generation on Bedrock Edition is

How?
Jumping while standing on a shulker box can make other players within the same loaded chunks crash. I tested it on mobile and was able to crash my friend on PC while recreating the bug but I don't have a video for it.

Yes it's a block lag. Well you tried all pickaxes instead of the fastest one. Also you need haste II beacon for the issue to appear while breaking the most breakable block in game which is the netherrack.

It is meant to be destroyed by the ghasts wdym?
Any proofs? Have you tried using "/fill ~ ~ ~ ~20 ~20 ~30 air 0 replace stone" and check if there is really none?

Still affects all the snapshots in 1.18 and there are no signs they will be adding this in the release of 1.18. This is disappointing as this will be very useful in the new update.
