Item outlines in some UIs still use old textures
Here is a list of every UI item outline that needs to be updated (may be incomplete):
Enchantment Table (Lapis Lazuli outline); Fixed in 1.20.20- Brewing Stand (Potion outline);
Horse(MCPE-43234). Fixed in 1.17.0- Player armor (Helmet and chestplate, MCPE-44592)

Horse armor is the most noticeable one of all.
This issue is not only affecting Bedrock but it could be affecting PS4 and Java.
