Book and Quill Space issue

Holding tab and space don't work

Flying player in creative or spectator mode swims up in water when pressing space (jump) and shift (sneak) at the same time

After the game crashes, the Play button is briefly unclickable, so pressing space logs you out

Pressing Shift and Space affects swimming player
