BDS-19410Server status isn't visible
I have created a bedrock server, and I'm using playit.gg for public ip and port. I have updated the local port in playit.gg with the public port given by playit.gg and also changed the server port with the public port. Players are able to join and server is running too but the server's stats (ping, number of players, ping) isn't visible.

No I didn't find any issue in playit.gg. I can confirm it's nothing wrong with playit.gg.
What I meant by that was: Does this issue happen only with playit.gg, or does it happen with other server hosts/port-forwarding software?

Thanks for the report! We are currently in the process of creating a new Servers screen which should solve this issue.
I also have this issue.
However, not only does it not ping, it also doesn't connect in my case.
I am using the newest version of the BSD software for Linux. I tried it on multiple different servers but all of them do show using netstat that they are opened, but non of them pings nor connects.
The only (easy) way for me to make a bedrock server is to make a java server with geyser installed... Cause using geyser it does ping and it is connectable, but I don't want to have to do that for just a bedrock server...

There is a new version of this screen in public preview. When it releases to full release, if this issue still persists, please file a new bug for that screen. Thanks.
