MC-112576Whitelist not updated when player changes username
This bug appears when the player changes its username. The username is not updated in the whitelist and in the player tabulation.
Example:
In the first screenshot, I have many players on my whitelist.
In the second screenshot, the players "EverTest" change username to "PvP_Test_PvP" and the whitelist list is not updated and the player's tabulation also.
The cache was updated.

At least the scoreboard part is intended / won't fix, see
MC-50247Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.13, or the latest snapshot 18w31a) of Minecraft? This bug is still present in 18w32a.
I added an attachment.
Edit : Now I have a duplicate entry in file usercache.json
Is this still a issue in the latest version of the game(currently 1.13.1)?
If so, please add it to the affected versions, thanks!
