Cannot reproduce in 21w03a
Greg Milson is this still an issue for you in 21w03a or later?
I am unable to reproduce this issue in 1.17.1. After hitting a player on the same team as me, their wolf did not stand up and remained sat down. I've attached some screenshots and videos that support this statement.
