Igloos often fail to generate completely
I used the /locate command to find igloos. To my surprise, when I teleported to the igloo area from the coordinates the command gave me, there wasn't any igloo or just the "doorframe" of the igloo. I noticed this in multiple worlds with about a 50% chance of the "doorframe" spawning.

This is actually just an issue with igloos (MC-128495).

This is annoying. Also /locate seems to be a bit broken with the number of blocks away.
I also realized the locate command's distance was way off. This is because it calculates the distance from y level 0. I'm not sure if it would be easily implementable and wouldn't make the locate command take too long but I would like to see the distance calculated from the y level of the structure.
I guess this is supposed to be an igloo too? o.0
