Breaking a block under redstone, door,sign, etc. drops the item as an entity
What I expected to happen was no item should drop
What actually happened was the (redstone, door, etc.) dropped as an entity when the block below it was broken.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place Redstone on a solid block
2. Break the block
3. See the Redstone drop as an entity

Confirmed. Very annoying and noticeable when building a railroad. Related bug: minecarts drop themselves when destroyed in Creative (and fill up the inventory very fast). i guess this is more of an annoyance, though, because you can still pick up items when your inventory is full in Creative.
