when you tie horse or a different animal to a pole with a leash. it will look fine when you just look at it from a distance. But when you look at it from very close, the knot will stay visible but the rope won't

haha grum! first there were three leash ropes. when I walked closer only one rope is visible, all three horses were still there!

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

This seems like
MC-1058to me.it happens because you're not looking at the horse. if a leashed mob disappears from your field of view, so does the leash attached to it. i hope they fix it.
Happens still in 1.6.2.
Had 12 mobs in lead and turned, half of the leads disappeared.
