MC-156616Badlands layers not generating properly
Description
I was playing on my survival world when I realized there was no red or yellow terracotta on a Badlands biome I had found time ago. I generated other world on other versions and those world had red terracotta but no yellow terracotta. The only world where I could find all the colors was on a Buffet world for the Badlands biome.
What is expected to happen
Red and yellow terracotta to generate on any badlands (or it's variants) biome.
What is actually happening
Some seeds seem to not be generating red or yellow or both terracotta.

Can confirm that something seem...amiss...with generation of eroded badlands. They look much less colorful and inviting than before. I've checked several generations in various worlds, and have found both red and yellow terracotta, but yellow only generating at y=105,106.
Checked some more worlds. Found more eroded badlands with all colors of terracotta, but the layering is more separated, seems less representative of strata.
Have you checked the last world?
