structure block offset can't be bigger than 32
In Minecraft Version 20w16a structures saved in structure blocks now can be up to 48x48x48 Blocks big. However, the Offset in the save and load structure blocks is still maxed out at 32 and -32, and as a result the structure won't be properly saved/loaded.
