The bug
In previous versions, if a dispenser is facing a water source and has a full water bucket, placing it would just empty the bucket and keep it in the dispenser (after making a water placing sound).
In this version, the dispenser makes the placing sound, but then it drops the bucket, which is still full.
To reproduce
- Place a dispenser facing a water source block
- Put a water bucket inside of the dispenser
- Power the dispenser
