With this position of rails, minecarts move onto the bottom rails for a short moment.
Then they tp back on the top rails.
The second video shows a little bit better the problem than the first.

Not really sure about that because of the other bug I reported (MC-181757) where minecarts teleport (as we can see in the video).

appears to show a not-yet reported bug, however Minecart bug 2.mp4
might be MC-2714.
This is a very helpful bug for minecart stations
Pretty sure this is MC-158169
