There is a bug that happens if you put a flint and steel in a dispenser and power it.
Please ignore the fact that the photos are in bedrock that is because I cant access my computer at the moment
Steps to reproduce:
1-Place a floating dispenser without any blocks near for it not no interact with anything
2-Place a flint and steel in the dispenser
3-Power the dispenser

Windows-10 Pro
Intel I7-8750H
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti
32G Ram 3200MHz

There is a bug that happens if you put a hoe in a dispenser and power it.
Steps to reproduce:
1-Place a floating dispenser without any blocks near for it not no interact with anything
2-Place a hoe in the dispenser (golden hoe is better for the example because it has less durability)

Cannot reproduce, not enough information.
Im going to attach a photo taken in bedrock because I cant access my pc for taking a screenshot at the moment but just forgive bedrock this report is for Java

Dispensers are using an item's durability even when powering them does not use said item
This was supposed to be fixed a long time ago:
MC-124695Cannot reproduce. Please provide a small video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.
