MC-200533block texture bug
One day when I opened Minecraft It had like this weird texture on the edges of the blocks. ITs still to this day. I tried uninstalling MC and even deleting the .minecraft folder but didn't help.

Also, does
MC-5178describe your issue? This may be an issue with the graphics driver settings rather than Minecraft itself.I have Nvidia card and even after setting rendering settings to 'Balanced' instead of 'Performance Optimized' didn't work.

Unfortunately, reports are only valid if tested in a pure vanilla environment. You're using Spigot and Optifine, so this issue is Invalid.
If you can reproduce in a vanilla environment, please comment on this ticket, or create a new report.
this ss was from my server but i can go to single player and it will be the same
and here in vanilla no optifine but with fog on and harder to see
