The Bug:
Creepers and phantoms avoid invisible cats.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Summon an invisible cat by using the command provided below.
/summon minecraft:cat ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b,active_effects:[{duration:-1,amplifier:0b,id:"minecraft:invisibility"}]} - Summon a creeper nearby and switch to survival mode and make the creeper notice you.
- Watch closely and observe the creeper's behavior as it gets close to the invisible cat.
Observed Behavior:
Creepers and phantoms avoid invisible cats.
Expected Behavior:
Creepers and phantoms would not avoid invisible cats.

How to replicate:
- Place the mob that is going to be invisible (cat or endermite)
- Make it invisible with a potion or a command
- Place the other mob near it and observ the behaviour

To more efficiently reproduce this, simply summon a cat using the command provided below and then summon a creeper or phantom nearby, and observe their behavior.
/summon minecraft:cat ~ ~ ~ {Owner:"PLAYER",Glowing:1b,Sitting:1b,ActiveEffects:[{Id:14,Amplifier:0,Duration:999999}]}Can confirm in 1.18.2.

To note: despite not being visually present, cats will audibly hiss at phantoms when nearby. This could be the reason as to why the phantoms are still intimidated.
