I'm very confused by "Wont Fix." This was fixed for camels and frogs, so why is the Sniffer different? Could this possibly be a mistake?

Sorry, missed the other report. This report duplicates MC-260038.
The Bug:
Sniffers don't have smooth animation transitions after searching and after delighting.
While MC-260038 supposedly fixed a lot of these problems, some still appear to remain.
When a sniffer finishes searching just before beginning to lie down and dig, its animation transitions aren't smooth. The same thing occurs after a sniffer has finished delighting (raising its head up and down and side to side), Its animation transactions are not smooth.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Summon a sniffer and watch it closely as it begins searching.
- Watch the animation transition between it finishing searching and starting to lie down to begin digging.
- Wait for the sniffer to finish digging and start delighting.
- Watch the animation transition of the sniffer as it finishes delighting.
- Take note as to whether or not sniffers have smooth animation transitions after searching and after delighting.
Observed Behavior:
Sniffers don't have smooth animation transitions after searching and after delighting.
Expected Behavior:
Sniffers would have smooth animation transitions after searching and after delighting.
Same with it's "Happy" animation as well
