MC-265895Dispensers cannot put various books into chiseled bookshelves
If the player attempts to put an applicable item (book, book & quil, written book, or enchanted book) into a chiseled bookshelf with a dispenser, they are unable to.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Place a dispenser down
- Put one of the applicable items listed above into it
- Put a chiseled bookshelf in front of it
- Power the dispenser
Observed Results:
The dispenser will drop the item into the world, rather than putting it into the chiseled bookshelf
Expected Results:
The dispenser would put the item it's holding into the chiseled bookshelf

Java report MC-265895
When player trying to put book (normal book, enchanted book, book & quil, or written book) to chiseled bookshelf with dispenser, it won't able to put it.

Dispensers can’t interact with any block inventory. You’re confusing them with droppers, which work as expected.
