Rain cannot been seen through stained glass

there was no rain when i look thru stained glass panes and stained glass blocks all you can see is the particles hitting the ground

Fixed as of 13w42a, but now rain is completely invisible, see MC-35716.
@Dirk Sohler:
More or less the same as MC-36228, also very similar to MC-35716. I'll mention this here, but it's practically a new bug, so you better create a separate ticket if there isn't already one. If it's really the same bug, I would generalize MC-36228 to include clouds and other "invisible behind stained glass" stuff ... (>>> @Marios or any mod)
Also, what about generalizing this ticket to cover all the "not visible behind stained glass" things? (same happens with clouds as mentioned in MC-9553, also very similar to MC-35716). It's all more or less the same bug.
EDIT:
To summarize: The bug affects all transparent blocks (not restricted to water!), you can't see hitboxes, clouds and rain through them.

This is with all glass panes when there is no roof above you. I only know this happens at night, but maybe day too.
