can notch make that we dont need to download mods but istead we can just choose a mod from the game not from skydazz or something like that i would love it so much please notch do this so many people would love this! but if it takes a long time to find their mod they can just type what mod they needs please notch we all love you and your game i really hope u do this
@chris albandak, there are several things you should understand:
1. Notch has not been working for Mojang for several months now.
2. Mojang is not responsible for mods. All existing mods are developed by community members (aka random people on the internet), by modifying game files. Mojang does not provide support for these, nor can they guarantee their functionality or safety. For these reasons (and others), they cannot automatically include them with the game.
3. Mojang is developing their own Plugin API. This means that in the future, users can develop their own Plugins (similar to mods), which will be easy to download and install.
4. This website is for reporting bugs. For feature suggestions or changes please do this on Minecraft Suggestions on Reddit.
This bug is quite clear in 1.7.x, but seems to be fixed in 1.8.x and higher.
