MC-54012 came after this, but was marked as duplicate for unknown reasons.
When you extend / retract a piston it shows the piston arm behind the piston.

1. Rapid pulse piston with clock
2. Notice piston head clipping out of piston itself

Glitchy piston in 14w17a
In 14w17a, if you power a piston, it produces a "glitchy" effect in which the head clips through the block, and the head looks like it's a messed up piston block for half a frame.
This is probably because of the internal rewrites, and the new Metadata change.
