me 2 i dont know what i did...
i just replaced the jar and when i start minecraft it crush...

MC-6824@Meta: Yes, because a bug can be related to itself
@Mustek: starting the launcher as an admin fixed the crash, couldnt you guys just write the stitched images into MC's folder? i dont think that having them in the launcher folder is good
