, no bug or issue, ender dragons destroy all block except bedrock, obsidian as far as i know.
This should be fixed since the Ender Dragon should NOT destroy its one and only egg!

As the EnderDragon is unable to destroy end blocks and iron bars it would make sense if it was unable to destroy the dragon egg as well
Don't keep your valuables near the dragon.
The dragon doesn't destroy end stone.
