Put the summary of the bug you're having here

I encountered this bug when I was showing my little brother what the wither is. The bug applies in the end and overworld.(Not tested in the nether)
What I expected to happen was...:
The wither motionless before explosion, and then moves and shootesWhat actually happened was...:
The wither was moving and shooting before the explosion (the spawn explosion that is huge)Steps to Reproduce:
1.Build the wither (not /summon)
If you die due to a non player-based explosion after taking damage from a mob, you will get "(playername) was blown up by (mob name)"
How to reproduce:
1. Have a mob attack you
2. Use /summon tntImage: https://snag.gy/YAVxvn.jpg
Edit: This can also happen with endercrystals
You can set a control to F3 without the game recognizing that the debug screen uses F3
How to reproduce:
1. Set something like the jump key to F3
2. Hit F3, you will notice how you jump and open the debug screen at the same time
3. Repeat the same, but use F1 instead of F3
Setting a control to F3 or F1 does not show a keybinding clash in control menu

In 1.16.2 pre2, some piston setupt can generate ghost blocks that didn't use to reproduce.
How to reproduce:
- Build the attached setup
Power update the observer- The front piston will get pulled back and the block will get pulled back, but a ghost block will be generated as if the front piston extended.

Left-clicking punches the lama. You could try right-clicking it
Confirmed for 1.12
I have noticed that this bug happens when thin towers are generated on top of enderchest loot rooms when the ladder is generated not attached to some nearby purpur blocks

WAI, spawning only looks for the highest solid block in the coordinates it looks it, which in this case happens to be a ravine.

The weird update order causes the first dropper to not receive an update to unpower it
UPDATE: Seems to not be related to chunk borders. The same contraption is bugging out not next to chunk borders too.

Intended behavior, some of your dispensers are being powered via quasi-connectivity diagonally but your setup is not updating the dispensers updates.
Switching the blocks the dust is on to upside-down slabs should allow your contraption to work the way you expected it to.

Can confirm POI data mismatch crash in 20w49. Although I got this crash from activating a redstone contraption that uses pistons and composters in it
Still in 1.16.5 and 21w06a
Still a problem in 1.16.5 and 21w08b, and also applies if you unload the chunks via moving away. This bug is also known to some people as "hopper aging"
I've added a simpler test setup. To do the test setup, place one double chest, and below it, place 2 single chests with a hopper pointing into each single chest. Reload the area to place (done so by teleporting far away) and place 3 items in the chest. Note which chest has 2 items in it. Take the items out of the chest and break the hoppers. Place the one hopper pointing into the chest that had one item, and then place a second hopper pointing into the chest that had 2 items in that order. This sets hopper update order because last hopper places gets added to tile entity list last. Place 3 items in the chest and notice which chest has 2 items in it. Take the items out, and reload the area again. Place 3 items in the top chest and notice how the other chest has 3 items in it.
Do note that this behavior is locational, and is not directly related to dust locationality.
Duplicates
MC-114033, notMC-96709Possible dupe of
MC-248200This is not the case, redstone does not prefer going upwards and is working as intended. What is happening is that the redstone line going upwards is shorter because the redstone dust is powering the solid block due to 1.16 dust behavior. Replacing the dust not on a block with a target block makes the setup RNG as expected.
