Hello,
When I try to join my friend on Windows 10(Game Pass) or when my friend try to join my session on Xbox One.
We are getting the following error.

If you are trying to play on different platforms. You can't right now until cross platform is Added

Could you clarify your description a bit more please.

Cross platform multiplayer has not been implemented yet.
It is on Mojang’s to do list. No information regarding a release time has been announced.

However, this issue has been closed as Working as Intended.
Crossplay is not a feature yet implemented in the title (Dungeons FAQ), therefore it is impossible for an Xbox player to connect to a Windows 10 game and vice versa.
