In the patch notes for 1.4.3.0, one of the changes was:
Daggers: Increased dagger attack range by 25%
This change was applied to common and rare daggers but not to the unique daggers such as the Moon Daggers or Sheer Daggers.
This is the same problem as #MCD-4459 (Unique pickaxes and cutlasses did not get their buffs). While unique pickaxes and cutlasses were modified to match their common and rare counterparts in 1.6.0, the unique daggers are still missing their attack range change.
I have attached two screenshots: One shows the Moon Daggers with the unchanged range, and the other shows a rare set of Daggers with the increased attack range (area).

Yes the diamond pick axe only combos things like swirling and shockwave every second hit rather than every hit like regular pick axe does. This so needs to be fixed.

I would like to use my diamond pickaxes with the new combo length :/
Still the same for latest version 1.5.0.0.
I would like to see this fixed asap as well. Currently, there is no point in taking the Unique variations of these items even though I found some with some pretty awesome enchantments.
It would be awesome if I were able to use these with the correct attack animation: for example the Diamond Pickaxe and the new Sheer Daggers.
Right now they are pretty bad in comparison with other items in the game.
