I'm having the same problem. I can not delete or upload a hero. It just sits there with the red cube spinning. I can start an online game. I can access my current character. But I can not save or delete a hero to or from the cloud.
It also hangs on download hero screen if I try and download a hero from the cloud.
Users are unable to successfully upload their heroes to Cloud Storage. Occurs for both existing and new characters, regardless of DLC equips.
Reproduction steps:
Expected result: Hero is uploaded after a short duration with a prompt to signify result (completion or failure).
Actual result: User encounters a loading screen with seemingly no end. Clicking the in-game X does not permit the user to escape this screen, forcing the user to force close the game to escape. Selected hero does not appear in the uploaded characters upon reopening the game -> Hero Settings -> Select blank slot -> Download hero.
We have resolved the issues with cloud saves. Uploading and downloading Heroes is once again possible. Thank you!
