Illager's Bane does not work on Ravagers and Wind Callers
I am unsure if this is intentional or not, but Wind Callers, Witches, and Ravagers are not affected by the Illager's Bane enchantment. I was wondering if this was intentional or not. If it is not, I think that it should not be fixed mainly because Wind Callers, Witches, and Ravagers don't really seem to fit among the Illagers.

Witches are neither illagers nor villagers.
What about Wind Callers and Ravagers? Why do they not take damage from Illager’s Bane?
If it is intentional, then I believe that Ravagers are mutated Villager-cow mutant hybrids created by the Illagers. I believe that Wind Callers are a separate group than the Illagers and the Villagers. They likely found the shard on the mountain top and put it in their god idol (tempest golem) and began serving it, merely tolerating the presence of the Illagers.
Wind callers and ravagers are illagers, but this is intentional with witches since they aren't considered illagers.
Shame about the Wind Callers, I was really hoping for another Witch type mob which was on its own side. Now I am intrigued about Ravagers, how are they Illagers when they hardly look like them at all? The closest they look like are villagers and cows?
The fun fact is in the vanillia Minecraft Java edition Ravager is not an illager. But in BE they are. This issues is related to the the game worldview, so it's very important.

I think that Bedrock edition has it right since at least in it, Ravagers have a classification rather than not having one at all. Because Java and Bedrock are getting more parity issues resolved with every update, I believe that Java would likely have the same classification since Bedrock already has it. I think that Ravagers in Minecraft Dungeons should be considered as Illagers.
Ya I agree with you about Ravager issue. But there is also a saying that Illagers created Ravager just like villagers created iron golem. And iron golem isn't type of villager. Well I guess we need to keep waiting for the answer.
Can you remove the Witches from the title? Mojang confirmed Witch isn't illager so that mean it won't be affect to Witches. More details in [
MC-182733].We do have an answer to the Ravager issue. It is an Illager. Just because it is unclassified in Java doesn’t mean that Bedrock’s classification of it should be ignored. After all, eventually Java Ravagers will eventually get the Illager classification since it is classified as an Illager in Bedrock already. Just as Bedrock is behind on Java features, so to is Java behind on Bedrock features.
Also, just because the Wind Caller has a similar coloring to Illagers doesn’t make it an Illager. In my mind, it is not an Illager unless stated by a developer or is affected by the Illager’s Bane enchantment. Personally, I like my theory of their non-Illager status because there needs to be more non-Illager mobs like Witches.
Ravager is not longer an illager in vanilla minecraft java and bedrock edition.
