MCL-23141Skin library does not refresh the preview whenever you change the cape
The Bug:
The skin library does not update the preview every time you change the cape, but only when you navigate to a different page in order to force an actualization of the preview image.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open the launcher and go to the Minecraft: Java Edition tab.
- Go to the Skins page and edit an existing skin that already has a cape equipped.
- Change it to a different cape and click "Save".

The preview image in the skin library still displays the previous cape.
- Go to another page, such as Installations, and then back again.
→ 
The preview image in the skin library is updated and displays the currently selected cape.
Observed Behavior:
The skin library does not update the preview every time you change the cape.
Expected Behavior:
The skin library updates the preview every time you change the cape, without the need to force an update by switching to a new page.

I can confirm this behaviour.
Confirmed.
The same issue occurs in 2.3.643 (New Windows App) when changing skins. The preview image will still display the old skin, even though it is already changed.
Both issues appear to be fixed in the latest BETA version b.2.4.1.
