Broken java. As the first error says, you are missing vital data somehow. Typically indicating your java installation is broken.
hmm... Could it be due to outdated java?

You can normally never actually reach the second problem and it is 100% identical to the first one.
Can you give the output of the following commands copy/pasted line by line into the Terminal program?
The last command will ask you for a password, just leave it empty (press enter).
It is very likely that one of these things will fail, that would be cause of your problems.

You can't uninstall that as far as my knowledge goes. Try installing this:
