Can confirm
When I save and quit after loading from a campaign save, I get a similar blank menu background, but no black area. Doesn't matter if I just loaded it, or played for 15 minutes, happens every time.
I couldn't get it this bad, but after about 12 minutes (full screen and windowed) I got this strange UI once (full screen) and the game kept flickering black along with the the background going back for a second (windowed in the picture, but the game flickering happened in full screen and windowed)
@LB, I think what you are experiencing is actually
MCLG-57.I met this glitch before.
It seems to have been fixed, can anyone still reproduce it in the latest version?
