Yes, it's still occuring, I'm now updating this issue. I just got a screenshot.
I haven't been updating it because I didn't see that happening anymore, now I've made an update because I still encounter this problem.
I'm so sorry for late answer, it happens with any skins, it happens sometimes when loading the game

What do you mean by "don't render correctly"? Could you attach a screenshot?

This happened to me too. I was on airplane mode for a while, and then when I got back on the internet, all skins, classic or not, would be loaded, but I couldn't see them.
