Using the pickblock (middle click) on planted sugar cane gives you the incorrect item in your quickbar inventory.
See photo to see the correct type from named "Sugar Canes" (item id 338) and the incorrect item named "Sugar cane" (item id 83) which is not usually obtainable.

Thank you for your report! However, this issue has already been reported as MCPE-13786. Consider doing a search next time, to check if a report on the issue you're submitting doesn't already exist.
Using the PickBlock feature on Windows 10 edition (Middle Click by default) you can obtain an incorrectly rotated button, clearly seen in the quickbar, in hand, and as a dropped item also.
Steps to Reproduce
-Place a normal button (stone or wood)
-Use PickBlock (middle click) on the placed button
-Incorrect Rotated button is now in your inventory and hand
