hello, my son have a problem with one of worlds. after when he download the Preston Playz , when he want to create the new world , all the time is showing note, there is a problem with marketplace , and all is cancelled. how i can help him to create new world?

Yes,no problem. I've just checked and it's same problem, also it was showing he don't have enough space, and after few times its change to its problem with internet, ive checked it and all works..

because , it still doesn't work, it is possible to make a refund of minecoins , what my son spend on that preston playz (660 )?
All purchases made using Minecoins are final, so unfortunately it's not possible to get a refund.

I don't think there's anything you can do to fix the issue, unfortunately. You'll have to wait for Mojang to fix the issue. No date can be given for when this will be fixed.
