Do you have other music discs working?
And also make sure again that the music pack is up to date, as this may be the same problem as MCPE-145559 (it was fixed by the music pack update).
The 1.18.0.22 Beta changelog mentions that you need to download the updated music pack from the Marketplace. Please confirm whether you have downloaded the updated music pack.
I did it. And I just added screenshots in the issue
The music pack just hasn't been updated yet. You can tell by the fact the download is still 195MB where it would've increased with the new music that should be in it.
They did. It is over 305 MB now and still not working
Fixed, I tested on a clean 1.18.0.23 installation (on Application/External) with the updated 307.9 MB music pack just now, it can play as normal.

Make sure you have the Main and Sound sound sliders turned up. It plays in sound, not Jukebox/Note Blocks (See
