Can you provide a bit more detail? Maybe screen shots of what the texture looks like on the mob, and what it's supposed to look like?

I think it's just a little forgotten when implanting Zombie Pigman
In the PC version, the zombie pigmen texture use a part of the skin called a "helmet". The helmet part of the skins hasnt been implemented in PE yet, therefore its intended.
Work as Intended, helmet hasnt been added for MCPE, it will possibly be added until skins are implemented
