MCPE-153199Goat horns and copper horns have different cooldowns
If you have both types of horn in your hotbar, and you activate one of them, then you can see that their cooldowns finish at different times. Also, when you activate the goat horn, the copper horn's cooldown doesn't start until the goat horn's cooldown has almost finished.

Can confirm.
Copper Horn was removed in beta 1.19.0.24, therefore this bug should be resolved.
Since Copper Horns are no longer in the game, this issue is being resolved as Cannot Reproduce.
