Summary:
In 1.19.20.20, all chunks reload when you open the Settings menu or press F11.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open a world
- Press F11 or open the pause menu and click on Settings
Observed Results:
All chunks reload.
Expected Results:
The chunks shouldn't reload.

I'm not able to provide a video of this occurring when pressing F11 because pressing that button stops the Game Bar recording.

Do you mean that the screenshot that shows within Realms Stories does not match what you had on-screen, or are do you mean only that the fog appears to go in and come out as shown in your video? The latter is probably intended based on MCPE-158525.
Can confirm. Chunks also reload every time you drag and release the Minecraft window when it isn't in fullscreen.

However, this issue has been closed as Working as Intended.
This is done intentionally to aid UI loading performance and also to recheck any settings that may have changed afterwards as the chunks are loaded.
